How it Works

 If we’re coaching you one-on-one, the first step is a Strategic Planning Day or a half day hot seat session where we drill deep into your business. We look at where you want to be, where you are now, then the steps to take you from A to B.

This gives us our coaching game plan to work with you on. Then – over a minimum three month period, we work through that plan.

Each session we’ll look at current events – what your wins are and what your challenges are for the week.

We’ll work with you on solutions. And – we’ll provide you with access to our comprehensive marketing vault too that gives you access to templates, tools, and videos to help you implement the action steps that we discuss during the session.

During the week you might send us what you’re working on, and or have some questions that need to be answered.

We respond to those questions usually within four hours. We provide you with unlimited ‘office hours’ Messenger access so you can always get the answers you need.

And – when it comes to accountability, we’ll also check in on  you between sessions to see how you’re progressing on the tasks we have identified.
